Went to buy donuts on Mother's Day and the 1st 2 places were sold out. So I stopped in at the donut king. They were fully stocked and were making more. It's a little more out of the way than my usual Sunday donut run but I gotta say these donuts were dynamite ! They have an excellent selection and if you've never had one you should try the bacon donut!! Everything is better with bacon! I was a little worried when I walked in because there was a lot of cars in the parking lot and people inside but they had 3 people working the counter. They moved customers through very quickly! So I guess you could say that donut king rules!!!
This place has all the classics. They are well formed, the frostings tastes like they should, they aren't over cooked or under cooked. I was here at 2pm and there was a terrific selection. I hate going in to a donut shop and finding they are out of most types of donuts or that the ones the do have must have been there since IKE was president. This is not that place. They seem to have a following if regulars that keep coming back. Give them a try I believe you'll enjoy your purchases.
I love donuts. We visited Donut King for the first time and found their donuts to be very delicious. They offer a wide variety of donuts with and without fillings. The selection is so vast that it's hard to choose just one. It's convenient that this place is located near the road so we happened to pass by. It's a great spot to enjoy tasty donuts and grab a cup of coffee. Although the coffee wasn't the best, the donuts are definitely worth trying!
The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. I went to pick up donuts early in the morning (3am) and also got coffee, orange juice, chocolate milk, and 2 dozen donuts. The donuts were incredibly fresh and delicious! The restaurant is open 24/7, which is very convenient. I will definitely be coming back as a customer. some of the best donuts I've ever had. better than the pink boxes of portland, or any other over-hyped internet sensation. seriously! the others are good, safe, and this may not be crazy or upset in their distribution, but they are better in taste and quality. they are raised, heavenly little kisses of sweet, and they are open 24 hours a day!
Donut King gets 5 Stars for being open 24/7! They have a great variety of donuts that include the common varieties and specialty donuts! Try the Bacon Maple Bar and Fruit Roll! They also have a good selection of refrigerated drinks and coffee. The shop is clean and the shop keepers are friendly!
When you want a donut at any time of day, this is the place to come.They have a wide variety of donuts, muffins, and lots of drinks.Staff is always friendly and helpful.Only negative was I got a Muffin and it was just over baked.Stick with the donuts and beverages!
