Love the food. Great location compared to where I live. But service is moody hit and miss every time. One time I came in February the bill was off by a lot.. the way that was handled was comical and unresolved. After an argument I just left without my change which 16$ for a tip .. and that’s after adjusting the bill .. that’s ok I guess. But second time around this happened this will be a no go for me again. Can hardly get server to get me anything. Other than that food is great. Drinks are strong. That part is satisfying. The food is consistently great, and it's the closest I've experienced to what many consider authentic Mexican cuisine. I will definitely be returning. As far as complaints go, it’s hard to come up with one, and I’ve never tried their desserts because the portion sizes are so generous. Kid-friendliness: My nieces always find something they enjoy. We arrived in Hickory for a short stay before relocating to Concord. Our grandfather, who is from Mexico, was eager to introduce us to this hidden gem he discovered that reminded him of home. If you're in search of fantastic and authentic Mexican cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit! The prices are very reasonable, and as you can see in the attached photos, the portion sizes are more than generous. I would definitely give it a 10/10 recommendation!
I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the restaurant. It was tidy, and the service was excellent. The food was delicious, and I loved that they served chips and salsa for me to enjoy while I waited for my meal. Twice we've had been there for dinning, first time it was great; server did a superb job and the food was great, portions are generous, prices fair and the taste is very good. The second time the food was the very same but the server not so much, we are willing to give it a third try. I will be updating the post
My husband and I had the ACP and it was sooo good! We usually get the Dos Amigos Cheesesteak which is also delicious, but we decided to switch it up tonight and we were pleased!
