First time I ordered, it took over 2.5 hours to be delivered and they forgot to include the two main orders in the bag. Second time I ordered, they fried the shrimp whole, leaving the tales on them. Food has potential but demonstrates inability to execute.
The food is consistently amazing. They have the best Reubens I've ever tasted. Every sandwich is worth every penny. Unlike other places that skimp on meat, cheese, and condiments, Aiello's is very generous with their portions!
Aiellos makes great sandwiches but when something is out of stock they do not remove it from the ticket and instead make the customer go through door dash support, which then gets the dasher in trouble.
