First I have to start by saying the food is good and the manager operating during the evening hours is very nice, but the staff taking orders have a lot of difficulty getting the orders straight. I just placed an order and made it simple to understand so my order wouldn’t get mixed up. The order was repeated by the clerk but when I got to the window, the order was incorrect. This is the second time I go to this Mc Donald’s and have the same problem yet I wanted to give them an opportunity but for sure will be the last time I will visit this Mc Donald’s.
This is my local mickey Dee's and I usually mobile order so they don't know who I am but I am still treated perfectly everytime. Their drive thru is fast everyone knows what they are doing. And most importantly my orders are NEVER WRONG!!! we know there's nothing worse then getting home with a wrong order. And this location has always took care of me and I go there alot!
The burgers were excellent! However, I was disappointed that my fudge sundae was missing the fudge. I received the whipped cream and M&Ms that I had added and paid extra for, but instead of getting what I ordered, I was given a small M&M McFlurry in a sundae cup. I also wish they had included a straw.
The food is consistently good, but I've encountered issues with my orders on multiple occasions. I've received entirely different meals or had missing or incorrect items. They really need to double-check orders before packing them.

This restaurant NEVER adds salt to the fries and their never fully cooked or their overcooked. They NEVER give you barbecue sauce for the nuggets even when you request extra!
I was young. many dinge have changed, including the menu. Good options and good offers. Food: 5/5

Don't order from here 8/10 times the order is canceled 10/10 times the order is wrong
