Rainbow offers affordable and tasty food, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. During my last visit, I was served the wrong slice of cake. Today, I went with a friend who ordered a coffee slice twice, yet he was given a chocolate one. When I mentioned the error, the staff insisted he had ordered chocolate and refused to correct it. Additionally, when we requested separate bags for the items, she just packed everything together. The service here is disappointing. I've been to other Rainbow locations where the customer service was noticeably better.
I visit this bakery on 61st Street in Woodside every morning to buy combination buns. However, yesterday, the lady who serves me gave me an old five-dollar bill as change. When I returned today and tried to use that same five-dollar bill, she refused to accept it, yelling “No, no, no! Sorry, bye!” This behavior was very unprofessional. I would appreciate assistance in addressing this issue. Thank you!
I became its customer since 2009, and the price was reasonable regarding the quality. It is open quite early every day and serve many breakfast items. All the bread are freshly made daily, and all bread on sale after 7pm until it is closed, so make sure no leftovers.
really nice place especially after renovation they’re able to introduce a lot more stuff to the menu, down side is that everything did get much more expensive and there is a change in quality of food in my opinion. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Great drinks such as the Coconut shake and Mocha Frappuccino. Great cakes such as the Chocolate Mousse! Good prices. Friendly staff. Small shop, big flavor.
I’ve been coming to Rainbow for buns and bubble tea for over 10 years. The service is exceptionally fast, and the prices are very affordable.
