The front desk receptionist( Casandra) was top notch. Very friendly and welcoming I travel a lot for work and I appreciate the positive attitude. There is a nice pool and good sized hot tub that is indoor in a atrium like room. The room was clean. The breakfast was good, but the woman working needed help. She was running around forgetting things, but I think it was because she was serving so many customers. May work is based in Minneapolis, and I think I will have to stay here when in town for work.
We had a problem with our room and Cassandra at the front desk took care of it immediately. She was efficient, courteous and kind. She took what looked like the start of a bad stay and turned it into a great experience. Definitely recommend!
Security sucks wouldn't let us swim even though it was 30 minutes till the pool closed, buddy sucks only good thing about this place is tasmin on the front desk. Someone needs to give her a raise for holding this place together.
Added things that I did not purchase to my bill, did not add second adult to my reservation despite there being a case with hilton to do so, did not upgrade to preferred room. Customer service abysmal. Would not stay again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Stayed at this DoubleTree in the late 90s, and was such nice stay. Location could be considered a plus close to everything within Minneapolis. I am sure under Hilton it’s even much better.
Very clean. Lots of stores in the area. A movie theater. My room had lots of HBO channels. Great choice of coffees and teas. The soap was a sensory sensation, very aromatic and calming.
I’ve stayed in dozens of doubletrees. This is one of my favorites. Monika was extremely helpful, and she put my stay over the top. Would recommend.
