I requested the French Onion Soup to be very hot. To ensure this, the soup should be heated without the cheese and bread until near boiling. Then the bread should be added in moderate amounts to cool the soup slightly. Top it with cheese, broil it, and serve immediately. If the soup is very hot, it deserves 5 stars, but if it is too cold, it only earns 1 star. The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious! The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome. It's our favorite go-to spot!
It would be useful to have some descriptions for gluten-free options. For instance, the walleye is coated in panko breadcrumbs.
