What can I tell you? For the first time in this food truck, I ordered mofongo with garlic shrimp, very good, good flavor, just right, neither too soft nor too hard. We're new to Ruskin area so I was glad to find some Puerto Rican. You're really good. The beans can be a little more taste, but overall I am satisfied and recommend when you are in the area. Very nice people, too.
The fried meat is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I really love the Trifongo. It's best to call in your order for pick-up, which makes enjoying your meal much easier. We're always coming and going!

This place is a hidden gem! The food is incredibly well seasoned and delicious! Without a doubt, it's the best authentic Puerto Rican cuisine in the area!
