One of the best dive bars around I've been visiting Drewby's for years and years and they have some of the most incredible food in the area. They have a great selection of food from seafood, to steaks and bar food as well as Sunday tacos during on game days. The food is always well done and cooked in an open kitchen, the service is always great and the waiter and waitress are always super friendly and warm. The food and drinks are super affordable and I enjoy coming here alone or with a friends family to enjoy a great meal! My only small complaint here is that they used to have an incredible dessert menu prior to them moving to the new location and they no longer have a dessert menu anymore....
We visited this bar on a football Sunday, and it felt more like a somber gathering than a lively spot to catch the game. There were seven men watching two large TVs, but the sound was completely off. It was bizarre—no background music, no chatter about the Giants game, just an unsettling silence. It was so quiet that it made typical old man bars seem lively by comparison. Thankfully, the bartender was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the drink selection wasn't great and could definitely use an update. In the end, we stopped in for a drink hoping for a fun atmosphere, but when it's more enjoyable to have a beer at home, it's clear that the bar needs to reconsider its purpose. Bud Lig...
Fantastic food and atmosphere! This is one of my favorite spots in Central Jersey. They use high-quality ingredients, offering everything from exquisite dishes to comforting favorites. There's a wide variety of Long Island iced teas and other cocktails to choose from. It's locally owned and operated, truly embodying the spirit of Somerset County.
Everything there is good, don't get me wrong. Drinks are good, food is good, but its the people that make the difference. The staff there is great, they really make you feel welcome and it makes this Cheers-like attitude of they're glad you came. It's a great pub Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Their hamburger was highly recommended so it was disappointing to stop in a few nights ago and it was sold out. Wound up just having fried calamari app and rigatoni with pesto crispy chicken entree. Both were fine and service was friendly.
Quiet and nice place. Our waitress was nice and attentive. The drinks and food were really good and the prices were very reasonable. Will be back
