after a pretty challenging hike from rowardennan along hole lomond I had to stop somewhere to get to crianlarich. I found this pub for happiness. the personal gave me some hints on the bus service that could possibly bring me to my destination. since I had a free time until the bus arrived, I decided to eat something there while I waited for it. I have a burger, followed by a sticky fabric pudding. what the most about the place is its decoration the easy quirky / awkward mood of him. it was funny. and the very friendly staff is also remarkable!
a perfectly placed restaurant and pub in the beautiful Angus landscape. a very varied menu for every taste and every diet. we were in the bar where there was a lot of space, roaring log fire and the service was excellent. the sections were very generous and the prices appropriate. After we had eaten in the beautiful garden, we were equally satisfied with the interieur, the attentive staff and excellent facilities. we will certainly visit this wonderful place in future often.
all about this hospitable is charming. the building was redesigned a few years ago with obvious intellectual and carelessness. the restaurant where we were (there is also a pub section) has, as we said, a more lively kamin, beautiful view of the landscape, and is furnished and decorated in an elegant rustic style.
9 of us plus baby had my birthday lunch here today, and it was fantastic! The food was lovely, couldn't be faulted. The staff were attentive but not overbearing. An extensive, varied, creative menu, yet reasonably priced. We have been many times and are never disappointed. Highly recommended to others.

dishe (croquettes, vegan risotto) I tried, was good, but not amazing, but my man found every item (wooden turkey, venison, apple trifle) he ordered as perfect and gave his meal 5/5, he could not fail. every mouth was tasteful and unique. my dessert of winter berry cheesecake was delicious
Had a delicious lunch here for my birthday. Lobster ravioli in a seafood bisque is now my favourite starter ever. Chairs were very comfortable which is important for 2 of our party. Had a very relaxed time. Would highly recommend for any occasion.
excellent meal in the drovers inn today. the personal was attentive. interesting and varied menu with vegan and vegetarian options as well as a children's menu. eating is beautifully represented as on the photo of my dessert.
Fantastic freshly cooked homemade food, very reasonable prices. Staff polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Certainly worth a visit, but book in advance. Lovely garden seating area for sunnier days/nights.

really nice eating. incredible menu with options that suit everyone. I had baptismal breast to begin to finish venison for my head and a chocolate lover. nice eating.
