there is no end of caffes in the opposite and I guess I check them to see where it is good for me to work when I work from home. to be in the apartment, can flow a bit. this is another place where I went on my walk. during the day (if there is no school leave), this is a good place to hang out and work. obviously during half-time etc. because it is child-friendly, they can kill a few children. if they are calm and heard, it is not a problem, but if they are rampant, then it is not the best place for a childless person who wants to focus. I only had a mint tea, but it looks like they serve cake and baked.
I think this place was more beautiful before covid. the design of the place is interesting. the coffee is good, many possibilities for sandwiches and desserts. they have vegan and vegetarian food, options with meat as well. if they want a vegan coffee, they have her vegetable milk. I had a flat white with milk and was really good. if it wasn't for her personal, I would give them a 5-star rating. I think they could be more friendly and less atmospheric. just say:
Excellent coffee. Lady (could be owner? serving has a good sense of humour and seems to really know her customers. The place has a relaxed air to it. Giving it four stars because sometimes she seems a bit stretched (too many customers for her to manage but she does manage and she employed her lovely humour . We have a regular fortnightly appointment in the area and we are sure to grab our coffee here before/after!
Tin is an exceptional café that is a beloved fixture in Haggerston, cherished by many. The staff, who are both ladies, are incredibly friendly. The coffee is fantastic and the sandwiches are delicious. The café is also very welcoming to dogs, which I appreciate even though I don't have one myself - I enjoy petting the dogs that visit. love the tin cafe. it is an inconceivable place that has a fine coffee in an area with more and more hipstery (is that a word? it should be located that with this concrete more on style than substance. I recommend a cheese toastia. not sure they really recommend everything else anyway miso for good coffee!

Very lovely little cafe. Staff are really friendly and they make my tea just how i like it! Prices are great too. Been coming here on and off for years. Very much the feel of the community cafe. Try for yourself and support them, you won't be disappointed. Will be returning no doubt for more cuppas!
