Good reception, in the middle of summer, yet. original and very refined dishes. a listening and adventure service. And where do we find a small portion of shells and hammered truffles? For me, I had followed the suggestion of sardines in the plancha, perfect kitchen. a beautiful address to the Aubenas, not far from the castle!
