I am favorably impressed with this establishment. I had initially considered canceling my reservation due to a compelling offer from my previous Interlaken hotel but ultimately chose to experience this property. As a couple who visits Interlaken for ski lessons and winter activities once during winter, we found that while it may not possess the expansive amenities of my usual accommodation, such as a sauna, gym, or smart TV, we greatly valued the thoughtful details provided. These included a comprehensive TV program guide, the provision of additional towels even when forgoing daily room service, and a shoe mitt for footwear maintenance. Our corner room offered ample space, as did the toilet....
In der Bar im Hotel hatten wir leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Zu fünft wollten wir dort einen Kaffee trinken. Vorher fragten wir höflich, ob wir kurz die Toilette nutzen dürften. Die Antwort war, dass wir erst etwas bestellen müssten – kein Problem, da wir ja ohnehin vorhatten, etwas zu trinken. Dennoch wurde dies misstrauisch hinterfragt, als würde man uns nicht glauben. Am Ende bekamen wir ohne weitere Absprache fünf Kaffees gebracht, die wir so gar nicht bestellt hatten. Enttäuscht haben wir schließlich bezahlt und sind gegangen – ohne etwas zu trinken. So fühlt man sich als Gast nicht willkommen.

Hotel Du Nord was a great hotel, clean, great location, and amazing service from the front desk (Maria was so helpful and informative) to the whole staff. Breakfast was including with the room and the food and service was excellent, fresh food and alot of variety to choose from. Great location for walking and commuting by train for day trips to other areas. They have a great balcony with a table and chairs to sit on and enjoy the views of Interlaken that is lovely. I highly recommend staying here and doing day trips by train to the other cities to explore and visit...

Rooms were solid for price, location was near train station, very convenient. During our stay months ago we were yelled at for going to the breakfast buffet twice to accompany waking family members. Would give negative stars for service if I had to. Past reviews show unprofessionalism when responding to customer complaints, like you refuse to fix it but instead blame them.
Hotel muito bem localizado, ótima recepção , café da manhã maravilhoso com uma vista fantástica. Quarto amplo e super limpo com uma vista esplêndida; cama e banho impecáveis . Perguntamos sobre transporte e nos forneceram um passe de turista para andar de ônibus. Excelente, recomendo.
Really enjoyed our stay here. The team was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent too and had everything we needed to start the day before heading out to explore.
the location and the room is good, just the service of the receptions not very good. we stayed 3night and the breakfast everyday the same.
