Despite some difficulties of orientation to achieve this, the game is worth the candle. A sumptuous setting at the height of the kitchen. We chose the menu, truite meunière and piperade... to fall, axoa of calf and basquaise chicken... very good also even if the chicken would have deserved to be of better quality seen the talents of the cook but we can't have everything...
