I frequent restaurants on the west side of the cities am Vietnamese myself and this was a pretty disappointing experience outside of our waitress being very friendly. Genuinely surprised by the reviews and it being advertised as having Vietnamese food. We got the pho, bbq pork hu tieu wonton hu tieu and the broth didn’t taste like anything for all 3 of the dishes tbh. We also ordered spring rolls and the coconut curry shrimp and there was barely any meat in both— like literally 2 shrimp in the curry. There was also no mention that there was a charge for bottled water when we asked for just water and she asked if bottled was okay so we thought that was a little odd. If you want gentrified Asi...
I don’t normally post or review anything, ever on internet but I make an exception for Ducs Restaurant in Woodbury. Exceptional, white glove, warm atmosphere. Asian bistro unlike you’ve ever experienced. Large portions and food so good, you want to order more to go. Try vegetarian Spring Rolls! Hidden Foodie Mecca! You’re a culinary Heathen if you don’t come and try Ducs! PS. Live on the wild side, ask about off menu dishes.
We were so excited when the food came out I forgot to get a photo. The smells were fantastic and the only thing better was the taste of our meal. We ordered the sesame chicken and the the Vietnamese chow mein portions were nice and we have some leftovers too. We will be back to try more off this menu.
Chicken coconut curry and shrimp spring roll were both delish--veggies were fresh and crisp, curry (medium heat) was perfect. Service was crazy fast and the owner (Duc) was out front working, friendly, chatting with customers. Great experience, I'll be back for sure!

Good food. Could use a bit more heat, but the owner, Duc, was nice enough to bring out a series of progressively hotter peppers to add to the chicken. Five star service. Worth the visit.
I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. Outstanding service and the food is delicious. OUT OF this WORLD Pho and the seasonal green beans are a delight. PURE JOY!
We love Ducs!! They have the best sesame chicken and fried rice. Their team is always very friendly. Highly recommend!
I got the vegetable curry, it was as expected. Food came pretty quick as there were only 4 tables sat including us.
