Stopped here while traveling great local bar. Owner and bartenders very friendly and provided great service. Kitchen a little slow with food coming out, but we were hungry and impatient. Chili and wings were great. Wings were not breaded which we appreciated and had a nice hot tangy sauce. They even had a dog menu! Really wanted to try pumpkin pizza on special, customers raved about it, but we are trying to do low carb. We were very happy we stumbled upon this hidden gem.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly
I had my company Christmas party in the upstairs of Dugan's Pub. Our server, Marissa, was exceptional and went above and beyond. We had the best Christmas party we ever had in years. The food was amazing and the drinks were great. The upstairs has a pool table, a foosball table, and darts. I highly recommend having any private party here. Thank you Dugan's for making my company Christmas party so wonderful!
Need a local place where you can relax? Go here. Staff are generous and kind. Service is quick on their feet and food is on point. Features are always unique and delicious. Have a pint, get some food, and have a laugh. It's is a treat. Oh and it's also the coolest Irish Pub in the valley!
When I landed in Wilkes-Barre, I told my friend I wanted to go to someplace local. He picked Dugan’s pub. It was an excellent choice. We enjoyed wings, chili, fried pizza, and a Philly cheesesteak Stromboli. I loved everything! The owner and staff made it an even better experience.

Guinness and wings? You’ve found it. This place is not really a dive bar but has the comfy, dim vibe that you’re looking for.Weekly specials alongside great pizza and never frozen wings. Good service, fair prices. Definitely worth checking out and a return visit.
Yesterday evening, there was a Lunar Eclipse and Dugan's Setup some pretty impressive equipment to enjoy the customer's experience. The food drink was great. People and employees were friendly. There are many parking spaces and a large outdoor terrace.
Comfortable bar nice people just was sold so I don't know if things changed. Many friends of mine go here but sadly the owner just died . The sign outside attracts people with witty sayings which are changed regularly
