We used to visit this restaurant every day, but unfortunately, we consistently had issues with our orders. We would ask for no cheese and oat milk, yet our requests were always mishandled. It felt like they were trying to dismiss our concerns. It's frustrating, especially since we came in daily (though we no longer do). Our family has severe dairy allergies, and it seems they don't take that seriously. Their level of service is quite disappointing.
Was at the gas station trying to use the atm and to get air in my tires but the michine wouldn't work. The guy at the counter didn't seem to know anything he said don't use it. Poor service
We waited for 10 minutes, and the staff completely ignored us. I really don’t understand why this place is even open if they don’t serve their customers. Terrible service!

I ordered a double caramel latte, but instead received a double espresso in a small cup, with no milk or caramel added.
Slowest serving place. Tried 3 times. Even there are 3 people in line. Waiting to just place an order over 15 minutes
STALE CROISSANTS!! I’ve been to this Dunkin a few times their croissiants are always stale and hard.
