They are so short staffed, and almost every morning, there is only one employee, who tries to handle online orders, while people line up in person. She does an amazing job of staying focused, but the manager really needs to step up, and either show up when no one else is in, or hire more reliable workers. No one person should have to handle all that, cuz they are going to get blow back, and it's the managers responsibility to make sure customer service is being targeted. Fortunately, a much younger employee returned from break and was significantly more attentive and helpful. He offered to make something similar or suggested that I could keep the receipt for my next visit to Walmart. At that point, I just wanted to leave, feeling frustrated because the other two employees had seen me grab my receipt and wait for around 10 minutes without approaching me or inquiring about my order.

Got the super special order coffee in less time than it took to pay for. Coffee jumped off the seat of the cart right after we exited through the doors to the outside. Went back in for a replacement, got one of the 3 part special ingredients out and he repeated the rest back to me. Told him we spilled the 1st one in the parking lot and got the 2nd one free even when I tried to pay for it. Will be returning later this week!
The store is very disorganized, waits are excessively long, and if they can't fill your order in a timely manner, they refuse refunds on your order because of their incompatence an inability to fill orders timely. The food is excellent, and the service is exceptional, making the steep prices feel justified. The takeout experience was seamless, and the atmosphere is delightful, even if it was just a quick pick-up. Overall, a fantastic option for a meal!

The team here is quick, attentive, and friendly. The owner should consider allowing them to accept tips.
