Phones do NOT get answered, the Magic Jack phone system is, apparently, ignoredthe acting manager didn 't know if an ACTIVE employee worked there, and managers don 't call backPLEASE!!! How the HECK do I verify employment????TRULY should NOT be this difficult
They constantly forget something or don’t have items in stock! I ordered an avocado pesto melted cheese sandwich, and let’s just say it wasn’t melted. When I asked them about it, they told me I needed to ask for that. Ask for what? For it to be melted? Is that a trick question? Additionally, they don’t have all the donuts available, so why list them on the app? Sometimes you have to request extra whipped cream because they only put a small amount on. Plus, closing at 6 PM is way too early for any food business.
I do Uber eats and every other place food is ready but this one is horrible ,… always I have to wait and place is empty ,… to me is the manager not the employees, even his teeth are horrible to work with public so disgusting….
The counter person that made my hot tea played with the tea bag rubbing it in her hands before putting it in my cup and making the tea
