The people writing positive reviews here are clearly not being honest. Without a doubt, this Dunkin' location is the absolute worst! It's really confusing to me, especially since I've been a loyal customer since it opened in 2016. The staff back then was way better than the current employees. Unfortunately, the employees now are often incompetent and consistently make mistakes, whether I order through the app or in person. I've even had to specifically ask for certain workers to handle my orders because others don’t seem to understand. Additionally, most of the Spanish-speaking employees tend to give priority and better service to fellow Spanish speakers, while treating everyone else poorly....
i’m pregnant, if my order (which is VERY simple) isn’t done properly after i repeated it multiple times… it ruins my day. i ordered a plain bagel toasted with extra cream cheese and emphasized the EXTRA. i had repeated it back to the cashier 3 times, i speak spanish so she told the other worker just the bagel toasted with cream cheese. i watched her put almost none on my bagel, so when she handed it to me i asked if it had the extra cream cheese. she said “you want extra?” i said yes please. she took it back, and took cream cheese off without me noticing. does this look like extra cream cheese to you?!? *side weren’t bit, she didn’t cut the bagel either so i ripped it in half*
They frequently get orders wrong, which is frustrating. I don’t understand the purpose of ordering ahead if I still have to wait in line to fix a simple one-item order. Additionally, the consistency of the add-ins like syrup and cream is lacking, even when I specify them in the app. That’s why, whenever I have the time, I prefer to go to Starbucks—my order always tastes the same there.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant this morning. The cashier accidentally spilled coffee all over me and didn’t even ask if I was okay. Instead of helping me, they focused on cleaning the table. That felt really rude! Additionally, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese but received it without any cream cheese. Overall, I am very dissatisfied.

My visit to this establishment has been very satisfactory. The establishment is very clean, the staff is very friendly, especially the Manager, she took care of my order. She is a very attentive person. I will definitely return.
