I had the worst experience at this Dunkin' location, and I've visited many in Florida. The staff kept mixing up my order and forgetting items. After I placed my order, I noticed that my coffee wasn't included. When I reminded the employee and specifically asked for a sugar-free vanilla iced coffee, she mistakenly prepared hazelnut instead. I pointed out the error, and while she acknowledged my request, the receipt still indicated hazelnut.
