I visited this 24-hour drive-thru at 5 AM and had a disappointing experience. The female staff member at the window was incredibly rude, yelling at both customers and her colleagues. The coffee was also subpar—weak and burnt. I ended up tossing it out. This is unusual for this place, as they've typically served excellent coffee and had polite staff. I hope this isn't a sign of new management.
As September 16, 2023!!Terrible experience with my food!I wonder if there is a place beside this site were I can file a complaint.I ordered an EGG AND CHEESE SANDWICH and the EGG WAS MOLDY!!!!!!They should check and organize food in a healthy way, it is incredible this food chain is allowing this type of accidents!Very disappointed!
Pretty descent and clean Dunkin’ Donut. Staff tries hard to keep up during busy hours. I always appreciate their politeness. The only thing is the parking area is improperly designed. It can get really busy and hard to maneuver at times.

This has got to be one of the worst DDs in the area. The employees are RUDE, incompetent and lazy. Just the absolute worst. I wish there was a better DD near me, but I guess until then I just won’t go to Dunkin… ?
The drive thru and parking lot are the worst. I avoid going near here during rush hour in the morning. It's horrible.
I order my food thru the app. I may run late picking it up but somehow my food and coffee stays fresh. Quick pickup.
