Quick (usually) friendly service. Even if there are a lot of people in line the staff usually gets everyone through quickly. If you are a regular, they will learn your order in a few days. I use the app to order ahead rarely wait. Weekday mornings are usually pretty busy from 8-9. Weekends around 10 am can be VERY busy so plan accordingly.
I had a great experience at this Dunkin Donuts location. My orders were always accurate and delivered promptly. The staff may not be very talkative, but they are polite and keep the restaurant clean despite the high volume of customers, including students.
Smaller size Dunkin Donuts with 4 tables and a counter. Also a slightly smaller selection of donuts and other baked goods. Still your familiar Dunkin quality and taste. The service was fast and efficient. The facility was modern and clean.
Haven't had any problems with this Dunkin, always get my orders right and in a timely manner. Staff doesn't talk much but they're not rude to anyone and they keep the place clean even with all the people they get inside and the students
