First purchase the manager never had on gloves. 2nd time going there was hair in my breakfast wrap. 3rd time was it for me, the attitude/ customer service is horrible. The place is not clean. Highly dont recommend. These stores are privately owned so when you call to complain to customer service they transfer you back to the people you are complaining about. Starbucks is better
The food its fresh, the service is friendly, the store is very clean as alwaysParking: There are plain parking lot but its always busy because there are other stores around.

I got the worst bagel ever. It was hard and stale, probably a day old or more. I had to throw it away.
I must say this is the worst dunkin within 10 mile radius never have I had a good cup of coffee here.
