We recently moved from Oregon to Wisconsin and were in Marshfield for a doctor's appointment. We stopped off at Dunkin Donuts because they were no longer in Oregon and I'd been craving the chocolate cream filled donut. What a disappointment!! The donut was thin, barely any chocolate filling and tasted like it was three days old. Those donuts used to be thick, filled with chocolate cream filling that oozes out the hole. We ordered a dozen donuts and they were all stale tasting and just terrible. It's sad what has happened to businesses that used to be good.
Every time I go through the drive through there are always 1 or 2 managers standing outside alongside the drive through with their head sets on smoking cigarettes and sitting on their phones. They never seem to be in the store, always just standing in the parking lot or sitting in their cars smoking and on their phones, the whole drive through stinks like smoke. They just leave all the work to the younger people that do the best job they can. It's very unprofessional, unhygienic, and lazy.
The managers were completely disrespectful, yelling at someone for something they couldn’t help and on top of that was being VERY childish by calling said person names, the service was terrible, my order was wrong the multiple times that I went there they’re very inconsistent with drinks and the food comes out burnt more times then not.Vegetarian options: Idk
only thing good here is the coffee. every single time i get food, and idk why i keep doing it, it is awful. the grilled cheese was just all bread maybe two slices of cheese, avacado toast tastes like it's been sitting out all day, loaded hashbrowns are undercooked, the only thing decent are the bagel minis. for the prices of everything its so not worth it.

Always lovely staff, those bagel bites are perfect and the butter pecan frozen coffee is delicious!My negative comment is the regular size bagel barely has any cream cheese, not worth the money. So stingy! (One half had no cream cheese, the otherside had the lightest touch of it)

Management allows discrimination towards there own employees. Management allows there employees to be mistreated by clients.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is always joyous and in a great mood. Always making kids feel included.
