JULY 3, 2023, 12:30pm, the lady on drive thru super nasty yelling at me the order for coffee, I guess she couldn't hear me but with her broken spoken english I Couldn't understand her. However, if you hate your job, QUIT. I have no fault if you don't like your job, didn't bother labeling my two coffees, decaf vs regular. I get heart irregularities and cannot drink decaf. But thanks to you barking at me I just left and threw away the one you gave me.
Three visits to order a new cold brew nitro, three different drinks were given to me.I even tried to point out the difference to the employee, but they insisted what they were giving me was correct. In fact it was three different iterations of their iced coffee, and different sizes each time.
This used to be our favorite location. Arrive a 6:05 pm. They close at 7. Sorry we are out of hot coffee. Asked for 3 larges would probably be a pot of coffee. They didn’t feel like making it. Dunkin is getting worse everyday with lazy employees.

Be careful! Make sure you always ask for your receipt!!! I just got charged $7 for a small bottle of orange juice that is normally 2 something!!!! I didn’t realize until I checked my bank statement smh
