I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts today. I bought a donut for my daughter, and when she asked for a glass of water, I was taken aback when the staff wanted to charge me 75 cents just for tap water. This seemed unreasonable and really left a sour impression on us. It’s certainly not what we expected from a well-known brand. I can confidently say that both the establishment and the management fell short in terms of customer service and hospitality.
I want to give a big shout-out to Bruna, who was incredibly helpful when I wasn't sure which drinks were dairy-free. Since I don’t visit DD often, I was unfamiliar with the menu. She was so kind and had the biggest smile, guiding me to a drink I could enjoy. The service was fantastic. Thank you, Bruna!
My favorite location!!! I have been coming here for years and love love love their coffee. I've seen a lot of employees and managers come and go over the years but they all know how to make some good coffee and are so polite. I enjoy coming here to get my iced coffee and sour cream donut :
I was just visiting town and stopped in for a coffee. The staff were very nice, polite and professional. It was also a training named Grace who has great potential whatever she does. That's my official opinion after a 15 minute visit! : Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Every time I visit, they often forget to give me my order and I have to remind them. Many of the staff members are unfriendly and lack basic manners. However, the food is very good.
Service with a smile.. a young man , I think his name was Dylan, very polite and efficient!! Great to see young men with a great work attitude!
Our womens group used the conference room for 2 hours. We are very thankful and want to say a big Thank You to the management.
