I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this Dunkin'. I visit regularly and typically have no issues, but today was different. I felt sorry for the young ladies who had to work alongside a rude employee named Mark (or Mar). It was a busy day, and after placing my order, I waited for my coffee. When Mark handed it to me, I made a lighthearted comment about how busy it was, and his response was, “Yeah, because I’m working with these d**ks,” which he said under his breath. While I understand it was a hectic day, I was taken aback and wanted to speak to a manager. This situation is unacceptable, and I believe action needs to be taken regarding his behavior.
Apparently frozen coffee is very hard to come by these days... I had to drive to unfamiliar locations just to find a Dunkin that still serve it! But the main problem is that it doesn't show up on the app anymore! Of course, cuz it's my favorite drink! LolHopefully Dunkin HQ or the app developers see the flaw and are able to fix it cuz I've been going through hell lately to find aplace that serves these... And of course, high gas prices... The struggle is real! ????

The only worker was outside smoking ???? when we pulled up.. We waited to make and was making our decision Till he finished.. Came back didn't even wash his hands Even after I asked him.. So no I won't go back..
This D&D is conveniently located where my family lives. I'm just visiting and I don't use the app, but it's a touch screen panel inside to place your order and pay. It's easy and quick.
Good location and efficient. All of the taps seem to be maintained very well. Cold brew and nitro taps are always good. One of the better locations in the area.

Dunkin' should find a way to better serve walk-in customers without keeping them waiting, while also handling mobile orders more efficiently.
