The store used to be one of the best but it has changed. Today my order was a sausage egg and cheese croissant, the croissant was under cooked or wet some how, the egg over cooked a little bit, the sausage looked funny.Couldn’t bring myself to eat anymore. Not the first time recently my orders have been incorrect or cooked the wrong drinks incorrect and so on. I go here because it’s close to home. There are other stores that could use. Did not get a receipt today but on the tabs on the bags I was there 10/4/2022 8:33 am I LOVE DUNKIN DONUT’S! Never thought I would ever be typing something bad about them.
I love this dunk donuts location because they are nice and fast also a regular customer but they gotten worse . This morning they made pull into a parking spot to wait for my bagel. The lady came to my car she had a little bit of a attitude. I really don’t check my food because they always do a good job . This morning when I got to work I saw my bagel burnt this is unacceptable . I’m pretty sure they don’t want they food burnt looking like that . I will definitely will go back to get my money back .
The customer here is HORRIBLE!! when they don’t understand they just say no and hang up! I’ve called back several time and even as I’m typing this message I’m just listening to everything in the background because they just picked up and never said anything for 4 minutes now!! This is unacceptable. I was calling to make a business owner but I will definitely take my money to Starbucks up the street.
the quality of this dunkin has gone down tremendously. It used to be my favorite because the drinks were well made and the food tasted fresh. This morning was my last straw when I found something gross INSIDE my coffee lid. It looks like a booger. It’s really a shame, I recommend going somewhere else. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I stopped by this morning to get a medium vanilla iced coffee and a sausage and cheese croissant. Unfortunately, the croissant was undercooked, with a doughy center. It felt like the bread had been frozen and hadn't thawed completely.
goodness! I try to avoid going out szince that I am in a range of low class personalities, with self-installation syndrome. the staff at dunkin' however made a good job and made my visit pleasant.
The service is quick and excellent. The staff is consistently friendly and polite. The drive-thru consistently operates at a steady pace.
