This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in New Jersey. The service is terrible, and the staff is unfriendly, with the manager having a particularly poor attitude. I strongly advise against visiting this location. It's clear why the parking lot is always empty. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
They are quick with orders but often make mistakes! My orders are wrong almost every time I visit. However, I really appreciate the one employee who always gives my son munchkins when we drive through—he notices him every time!
The Dunkin' location has a pleasant and clean atmosphere with a modern design and setup. The staff is very friendly, and I was able to quickly get my matcha and bagel.
