First time I ordered a specialty donut during Halloween and some breakfast. Got to the store and nothing was ready, which is understandable since it was extremely busy. Finally they hand me my bag and inform me they didn't have the donut I wanted.I asked if we could just exchange it and the woman told me to hold on and took off. I waited 30 mins for help. My time was running short and had to leave. I didnt want to cause a scene over $3. So lost money there.Gave them another chance and the second time went smoothly. No...
This location is the worst. I only come to Pharr because it’s the closest to home, but every time I go, I am disappointed. The employees lack customer service skills and are always rude. In life, there is one golden rule: treat others with kindness, especially if your job involves working with people! As a former barista, I am appalled by the employees' lack of coffee-making skills. It seems like they are either underpaid or overworked, as they do not even seem to try at their job. If you can't make a simple coffee or if you do not enjoy your job, then find another one. The owner of this location should consider replacing the staff with experienced baristas.
Oh no! I should have been wary when they messed up the order for the person in front of me. I ordered a blueberry muffin, but when I opened the bag in my car, it was not blueberry. I went back inside and spoke to a different woman behind the counter since the one who helped me was not available. She insisted it was blueberry, but another woman agreed with me that it was a cranberry chocolate chip muffin. After some discussion, the second woman understood and gave me a blueberry muffin with a smile. The two stars are for the time wasted in the store and the argument over the muffin flavor.
Worst thing to experience when u want to start ur day. Mixed up order, peanut butter iced coffee with whip creme athough was good coffee flavor, no peanut butte flavor what so ever so not sure what flavor they gave me. Donuts not worth the price an the bathrooms are nastier than than public restrooms. So sad cuz thisnis popular business! No soap, no napkins in RR n u can tell they hadn't cleaned them. Gross!!

in the last 2 years we have taken care of the dunkin, but surprisingly, their service was even worse in the last few months. the employees always seem to have an employment. if there was an option to leave 0 stars, I would definitely leave it. they do not come to the dunkin unless they wanted to be greeted with eye-rolling and keeping in order. the employees do not care about the customers.
The best services ever. I love the employees that work there, so energetic, people friendly and get things right. I will be there for my coffee just because of them. They are better then Starbucks and Gloria Jeans on customer services. Hands down, keep up the good work.yours trulythe basic B Ice Mac Coffee
They’re charging $1 for a glass of tap water without telling me ahead of time. This restaurant is really dishonest about tap water. $1 por a vaso de agua, Loca.
Always a wonderful experience at this Dunkin! Friendly and quick service! Became a regular customer! Plus, my puppy always enjoys their pup cups too!

Like my DD. Will choose DD over Starbucks in most all cases. Baymeadows is my favorite location.
