This visit was different from the last. The Pink Velvet Iced Macchiato I received didn't resemble the picture at all and missed the flavors that were promised. It primarily tasted like a regular iced coffee with some coloring—nothing impressive. I get the feeling they might still be getting used to making this drink or perhaps lack some experience with it. The staff here are very friendly, and I’m confident that if I had mentioned my concerns right away, they would have gladly offered me a replacement.
Milly, the manager, is simply amazing! I would gladly drive out of my way to her café for coffee instead of going to the one that’s closer to my home! That's how remarkable she and her morning staff are! To the owner, be sure to promote her, as she really knows how to create a warm and inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. If I had a business, I wouldn't hesitate to hire her!
I ordered a cold brew with sweet foam but ended up with just milk and water instead. This will be my last visit to this Dunkin'. My entire family already steers clear of this location, even though it’s the closest to us. From now on, we’ll be visiting the one on Swan Street. Please ensure your staff receives better training!
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant today, thanks to the two young ladies who served me. Britney and Neyshka were incredibly kind and attentive, and my meal was excellent. I also appreciated how clean everything was. Furthermore, the morning staff is impressively swift, making each visit a delight!
