First when we asked about them the manager told us that it looks like we never paid for them so he could just re-order them for us. Of course we had paid for themand the young man at the register said that we had. I visited the restaurant around 7 or 7:30 last night. The staff was friendly and polite, and the food was prepared quickly and seemed hot and fresh, tasting good as well. However, I gave it two stars because I think they need better training in food handling and hygiene practices. While the food looked and smelled appealing, unfortunately, about 2.5 hours after eating, I experienced severe nausea that made it really difficult to avoid vomiting. This place used to be pretty good, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. During my last visit, I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes at 6 AM with no one else in line, and nobody came to assist me, so I ended up leaving. Customer service can be very inconsistent. This morning, at the same time, I ordered coffee and wanted to get some donuts for my son, but they were out of donuts! How can DUNKIN DONUTS be out of donuts? I usually go to this location because it's so close to my home, but I think I will start going to the one in Abingdon from now on.
Wanted to order a dozen donuts, and they didn?t even have a dozen left in the whole store. It was 3 pm, and they only had 10 donuts left??? Lol I tried to order coffee off of the menu listed on google maps, but it was an old seasonal menu that had not been updated. The guy taking my order was nice, but I could barely hear him. In the end, the coffee and donuts I did get were good.

This location just can't seem to get it right. I ordered decaf coffee, but they served me regular instead. They also forgot to add the Splenda I requested. It feels like they hire staff who don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. I hope things improve at this place.
The service was slow, but it was understandable since there were only two staff members. They were very friendly and made an effort to work quickly despite the restaurant being full. Alajah and Joselyn did a commendable job and really demonstrated their hard work!
When the guy with dreads was a supervisor, this Dunkin was a lot better. Now it?s just ratchet and ghetto, and just too many young immature people in the day shift. I try to go at night cause the young girls that work at night are more pleasant.
I really enjoy the Edgewood Dunkin' Donuts. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, whether I'm using the Drive-Thru or dining in the lobby, and my order is always correct. Thank you!

4:20am an they are closed. Post to open at 4:00am According to online schedule. It's understandable sometimes people running late to work. But this is continuously on a daily basis.
The sandwiches are always served cold. I wish I could take them home and turn them into a five-star meal myself.
