I went there to order coffee and donuts. ..when I got there ..I found only one employee behind the counter and another one mopping the floor ..the line was huge and THE GO TICKETS are displayed on the To Go counter without the food or coffee !! Theywere really backed up ..and I asked the gentleman mopping the floor are you the only ones here . He said .. No ..there are twoother employees ..He called them..and suddenly two females showed up ..I guess they were hanging out in the back ..leaving thecustomers with no service .....This place needs a strong management ...Never go back again..
Location is good in this area most employees are great, but the weekend I went the checkout had an attitude, she shook her eyes, hastened the orders in, and not very good attention. Overall, the location is clean and beautiful, but please make sure that if you work employees on weekends that they do not bring extra stress and sass to work, it really makes the customers less appeasing.
This D&D is beyond amazing! They go above and beyond in customer service and are so polite. The general manager realized Door Dash left without the whole order and he personally reached out and delivered the rest of the order 18 minutes away!!! Who doesthat?! This D&D does!!
This location is awesome. The workers are quick and prompt and polite. The customers can't park worth a darn in the quick pick up area however. All of the soccer moms driving large cars can't seem to stay between the lines so park at your own risk infront

This location is fantastic. The staff is prompt, efficient, and very polite. However, the fast pick-up area can be a bit chaotic. Many football moms drive large vehicles and frequently park outside the lines, so be cautious when finding a spot.
The manager should be ashamed of the condition of the restaurant and restrooms. Filthy. The bathroom was filthy. I had to clean my own table and chairs with wipes and the wipe turned dark gray. Dirt. Floors dirty too.
The location is great because you can park right outside and easily walk in. I'm a huge fan of Dunkin', but I really wish they had hash browns. I know they're only 99 cents, but honestly, six just isn't enough!
The lovely young lady that rang me up for 10 munchkins gave me more than 10 on purpose?? Thank you! I will definitely be going again I appreciate the kindness of the staff

Great Dunkin location. Staff is always friendly, and the food comes out pretty quickly. One of the staff actually showed me that I was missing out on coupons on the app!
The wonderful young lady who helped me with my 10 knirps thanked me more than 10 times! I will definitely come back; I genuinely appreciate the kindness of the staff.
