The young Indian employee at the drive-thru window was very rude. I had accumulated a lot of points on my Dunkin' app and decided to redeem them for a free coffee. He said the reward had already been claimed and disappeared from my app. He rescanned my app and wasted two of my free coffees. I wonder if the owners instruct their employees to do this. The owners of this Dunkin' franchise own over 30 locations in Cook County and are known for being very frugal. I always have a hard time getting my order right, especially with the young, rushed employees who often get it wrong. It's also difficult to hear them through the speaker, and they rush you to place your order quickly.
I frequently visit this location and truly enjoy it. The muffins and donuts are always fresh, and there’s a great selection compared to many other Dunkin’ Donuts places. Every time I've ordered drinks here, they've been spot on. Although I've only been during the busy morning hours, the service is still relatively fast. I'm honestly surprised by the negative reviews, as I've never had a bad experience during my numerous visits.
I’m not sure what the issue is with your hiring process, but I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional service as I did with a woman named Jasmary, I believe. This has been the fifth time I’ve experienced her terrible service. Dunkin' needs to be more careful with their hiring because she is definitely not suitable for this job.
I’ve never had such a poor experience at a Dunkin’. I walked in for a simple small iced coffee, and the girl who took my order, named Jasmary, had a terrible attitude. If she doesn’t want to be there, she should just go home; there’s no reason to take it out on customers. I couldn't even enjoy my coffee, and it didn't taste good either.

I was there today around 3 pm there was a polish lady who take care me and she didn't make the order what l asked she started taking care another person..that was very rude l guess because my skin color… too bad this people are like that....
The middle aged Hispanic worker is am absolute nightmare. So rude and disrespectful. Spend your money somewhere else, unless you want to be treated like a piece of garbage!!!!
The restaurant is clean and has friendly customer service. People are still wearing masks and maintaining distance for safety.
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic - they provide fast service and always greet you with a smile.
