I visited the restaurant tonight around 7:15 and ordered three iced coffees. There was only one employee working, and that was Molly. She managed both the drive-thru and the counter without ever displaying any attitude. I often have to deal with unfriendliness during my visits, but Molly was incredibly sweet and charming. I really appreciate her patience with me, especially since I struggle with anxiety and don't like being in public. She was thoughtful enough to ask if I needed a drink tray. Thank you, Molly! 4years ago I had a very bad experience at the Wilton DDs with crazy rude employee. All honesty ...I avoided the place for years, but recently started going there for my> Cold Brew that gets me thru lol! Oh my gosh, what a difference in the staff!!! The crew working here now is really A game, every time. I've been seeing the same faces at drive up for a year now, always professional, great vibe even when they are so slammed. Anyway, came back here to change my review to top marks! Great employees should be rewarded!

The service is always friendly and quick. When I visited this morning, the drive-thru line extended out onto the road, but the wait turned out to be much shorter than I expected.
