Shop manager Abraham is the worst human being possible. Talking about his employee's medical problems to other employees in front of customers! It happened some time ago but I couldn?t stop thinking about it and should be known he?s a narcissistic andrude human being. Doesn?t realize that people do understand Spanish and speak it even though they don?t look like they do. Neverin a million years would I get along with employees the way he is. Haven?t been back since.

Update: It’s still the same. The service remains good. However, if they’re going to have new staff, they should be fully trained or have a supervisor available. It’s a mixed bag at this Dunkin’ Donuts—some days they get my order right, and other times they don’t. Sometimes they have the necessary ingredients, and other times they don’t. On the positive side, the customer service is generally nice and friendly.

There is one lady who is extremely sweet. However, when the other lady is there, she often has an attitude and could benefit from additional training in customer service skills.
