The shop manager, Abraham, is incredibly unprofessional. He openly discusses his employees' medical issues with others right in front of customers! This incident happened a while ago, but I can't stop thinking about it. It's important to note that he comes across as narcissistic and rude. It's not clear to him that some people understand and speak Spanish, even if they don't look like it. I would never want to associate with the workers in that environment again. Since that day, I haven’t returned.
The restaurant continues to make improvements. The service remains good, but if they're going to hire new staff, they should ensure that they are fully trained or have a supervisor available. It's a bit of a hit or miss experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. Some days they get my order right, while other times they don’t. Occasionally, they also run out of necessary ingredients. However, the staff is usually friendly and nice.
I visit this Dunkin' every Friday for my coffee. It's never crowded, which makes it a convenient stop before I start work. Even when there is a line, they serve quickly. They consistently make my order just right. It's my weekly Dunkin' routine!
I absolutely love this place! It has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted, and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for all your hard work!

There is one staff member who is very sweet and friendly. However, when the other staff member is present, she tends to have a bit of an attitude and could use some extra training in customer service skills.
