This dunkin is not the same as before. The manager I think her name is Rosa is a very unprofessional. This woman is rude and has a dirty mouth she's always saying bad words in spanish. She lies to customer's I asked for almond milk which is a different charge she gave me skim milk I brought it to her attention while I'm standing in front of the soft drink cooler I never saw her pull out almond milk for my coffee as the other girls always have she will look dead in my face and lie. message to the owners Rosa needs a class of customer service skills she is a horrible person when I go in i dnt want her serving me. Worst DD I’ve been too, the Spanish lady is so busy talking and making jokes everyone in the line including me got our orders wrong, as I’m thinking I’m early to get to work at 7:30am, I get there at 7am order 2 ice coffee 7:15 I get one and then she ask me what you’re waiting for, I was like for my other coffee but you’re too busy taking, I get out of the DD at 7:26, poor service, not excellent in customer service and no common sense.
First time coming here. And am super impressed. Luis was working alone and was backed up but he managed to hold down the fort and give us nice warm food and great flavor. I ordered a straw berry coolatta and let me tell you when that thing hit my taste buds my arm hairs spiked up it was so good. Thank you luis and continue the great work. You deserve a raise.
I'm not sure that the employees were trained to do their jobs. it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get two ice drinks. the young people who work there need a kind of guidance from a manager. I will not come back here.
