This was the worst experience. I came in assuming that the staff in white shirts were managers or supervisors who wouldn’t ignore customers, but I was wrong. There were two employees behind the counter, and I waited while they just stood there, ignoring us. One employee gave me part of my order, but then I saw someone who seemed like a trainer come over and give me the rest of my order. She ended up giving me a complete order, and then the other employee also brought me a full order. It’s not my fault that my order was wrong. Please do something about this—it’s very frustrating.
I really like coming to this Dunkin' location, but I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get my free donut with my drink on National Donut Day. The staff told me the offer was only valid with a large coffee, even though the signs say “free donut with any purchased drink.” Maybe they could update the signs to make this clearer for next year’s celebration?
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly. I remember one night when we arrived late, just before heading to the hospital. Chris, one of the employees, was exceptionally patient with our order and the specific requests we had for our coffee. He truly went above and beyond, and the coffee turned out to be fantastic!
I was quite disappointed with my visit to Dunkin'. They completely missed the main ingredient in my order, leaving my coffee overly watery and too sweet. It also turned out darker than expected. Additionally, the employee appeared frustrated and didn’t really listen to my request.

love going here but was a little sad that i didnt get my free donut with my drink for national donut day but lady said only with a large coffe but your signs says free donut with any purchased drink maybe fix your signs that should what pacifc drink next national donut day
The sandwich was excellent, and the donuts were good overall; however, I wasn't a fan of the sprinkles and the glazed chocolate. I wish there was an option to request no sprinkles or to ask about other donut choices if they don’t have what I prefer.
Literally forgot the main ingredient of my order. Made my coffee taste like water and sugar. It was darker then it’s supposed to be, and the worker got frustrated when he was the one not even listening to what I wanted to buy

i never want to come here again, i gave this location many chances but they still mess up my order every SINGLE time. very unsatisfied.
I received the wrong order, which is really frustrating! I can't believe I wasted $10 on the wrong donuts.
