the type on the drive through and the dame that made the sandwiches were nice but the two managers were terrible and I had a good note that I activated and apparently did not go through, they was wasting my time by letting me come in after driving thru to *resolve my problem *. the problem was not solved and the only thing I got was was wasting my time and an overweight on my bank account because the credit card (on the DD app) was not applied. I also called since the thema company and call back every few days, they always tell me that the complaining was escalated and someone would reach me in 24 to 72 hours, and that has not happened yet.
Good afternoon to everyone that likes dunkin' donuts I also like Dunkin donuts as well but unfortunately I went to this dunkin' donuts here at 410 and sunley avenue Indian lady was very disrespectful screaming at customer and they also short in flavors if I'm paying extra I deserve to actually get what I pay for unfortunately Indian lady has been very rude and I also made a complaint with the company to reprimand her and give her training. This particular Dunkin' location does not honor the $2 Dunkin' cards from T-Mobile Tuesdays! The owner mentioned that they only accept one Dunkin' card per transaction. When I asked him to cancel the transaction, he refused to return the QR codes. I've never had issues at other Dunkin' stores before. Wouldn't you be frustrated? P.S. I have a family plan with T-Mobile, so I have several T-Mobile Tuesdays Dunkin' codes.
Sam did an amazing job! It was my first time at this Dunkin’ Donuts, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and excellent customer service. It’s impressive to see someone work quickly while still providing top-notch service, especially in a fast-paced environment like this. I could tell she genuinely cares about her customers. She definitely deserves a promotion!

The staff at Dunkin' are always welcoming and maintain a strong sense of professionalism. My orders have consistently been correct and always taste fresh. The menu varies with the seasons; this time, we tried the frozen original, pesto grilled cheese, munchkins, and regular coffee. Everything was delicious!

I absolutely love my Dunkin' Donuts more than any other coffee place. The staff here are always friendly and know how to treat their customers well. They remember my order without me even having to say it. It's always perfect every time!
This has to be the worst Dunkin in NJ! They had 5 people working the drive thru and no one helping customers at the front of the store. Waiting more than 10 minutes for a simple coffee is unacceptable.
