I arrived at Dunkin' about half an hour before closing. Out of the four staff members present, three were friendly but busy on their phones. However, the fourth unexpectedly asked if I was paying with cash or card. When I said card, she grunted and then asked for my order. She then incorrectly calculated the bill, overcharging me by about 20%, and said, "So you only need $X." I reminded her I was paying by card and had no cash, but she grunted again and asked if I could pay in cash. I told her I would just go elsewhere. Eventually, she relented and took my order. One of the other employees had to step in to show her how to process the card payment. I don’t appreciate being subjected to such...
I’ve consistently been disappointed with this Dunkin’. My mobile orders are rarely ready when I arrive, and the place often feels understaffed and untidy. My drinks are frequently made incorrectly, and they often run out of supplies. The location is usually packed with groups of high school students, making it quite chaotic. When I go to pick up an order, the staff take an unnecessarily long time to prepare it, showing no sense of urgency. Once, I waited 10 minutes just for a staff member to close a bag and grab a straw. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.
I go to this restaurant every day and typically spend between $100 and $200 a month for myself and my family. However, I won't visit during the summer if they don't have air conditioning, as it tends to get too hot inside. That said, I truly love Dunkin!
The Dunkin' Donuts is pretty average, but there is ample parking available. However, the presence of students loitering inside the store can be disruptive and rude. It would be better if they were not allowed to hang out inside.

The staff were very friendly and made my matcha drink, which tasted good but was a bit too milky. Overall, a pleasant place.
I really love it! The Filipino food is excellent, and the coffee is fantastic. This place is incredible!
