This is a positive and a negative experience technically. I always have a positive experience when Lori is working. She is amazing. When she isn't there my order ends up being messed up. I had asked for a frozen coffee and they had to ask me like three or four different times about me wanting cream and I said I wanted whipped cream. When my drink finally came out it was an iced coffee. I do not drink iced coffee but I didn't have time to sit there and wait for them to fix their mistake. I ended up throwing that drink away. I had told Lori about my experience and I told her that I cannot go without her working! Which only leaves me 2 days in the week to go to Dunkin. #TeamLori
This location is one of my favorites, and we visit often! My husband and I tend to have complex drink orders. Mine varies from hot to cold depending on my mood, and the staff always delivers fantastic drinks for us! We even pass two other Dunkin' locations to come here because this is the ONLY place where we don’t feel like our drink orders are a nuisance or are asked if that’s all after every breath we take! There's nothing worse than feeling rushed or like you’re inconveniencing someone when you’re buying something. I really appreciate the staff here; I know there have been days when only one woman was working. I highly recommend this location!
Worst dunkin I have ever been to. The coffee is never consistent. The food always taste horrible, either burnt to a crisp or hardly cooked. They don't put the right amount of flavor in the coffee. They do half pumps, instead of a full pump. The donutsare always stale. When you look in through the drive thru window you can see how dirty the place is. The amount of money myboyfriend and I spend here a week, we expect to have at least a decent coffee.
Unpleasant woman taking orders in the drive thru, when I got up to the window the woman didn’t even know I ordered and rudely said “are you waiting for something “. When I finally got my order, the donut tasted stale and the coffee tasted like it came from an all night truck stop. Avoid like the plague.

Scored extra bacon on my sandwich this morning, didn't even charge for it. Of course the piece of bacon was so thin you could see the egg under it ? Come on Dunkin, you can do better, stop thinking profits over quality.
The drinks are incredible, but recently, every time we've visited, there have been some mistakes with our orders. They still taste great, but it would be wonderful to receive the correct orders! Have a wonderful day!
Poor Customer Service. The young lady working there seemed disinterested and forgetful with our order. The donuts were disappointing—only 2 out of 5—and they ruined my coffee on two occasions. I won't be coming back.
My experience with this place is like night and day. One day everything is perfect, no complaints. Other days things are missing, drinks are half full, employees are rude and often intimidating if I’m being honest.
