I?ll be honest I almost never have such a bad experience in any restaurant fast food , sit down or elegant where I feel I need to say something.... maybe 1 to 2 times in every five or 10 years but this was one of them, tonight we got three hot chocolates that were absolute water and they were just horrible. The only reason I?m posting is because this is not the first time from this particular Dunkin? Donuts they?ve had really poor quality for many months, pretty much since they opened and they really need to do something about it I won?t be coming there again....
No one ever answers the phone at this restaurant, which can be quite frustrating. Additionally, I've noticed that the menu lacks variety every time I've visited. Today, I ordered munchkins and received a mix of only three different types—none of which were powdered, jelly-filled, or sprinkled. They don’t even dust them with powdered sugar. Overall, they taste plain and uninteresting. It feels like there's little attention or care put into the food; they seem to just serve whatever is the cheapest option.
If you plan on getting your morning coffee just after 5a.m. have a back up plan. Hit or miss if they are actually going to be open. Update on 10/30/22: Still a one. Drive through slow. I ordered a dozen donuts. Some how only 9 ended up in the box. Not sure how I am supposed avoid the thought that this was done on purpose. The box is designed to hold 12. Once it's filledyou have 12. You do not even have to count.
I’d rate this place a 3 out of 10 overall. The staff is consistently rude and seems disinterested in their jobs. They mess up my drink order almost every time and have a bad attitude about it. This has been the case for years, regardless of who is working there— the overall attitude and work ethic haven't improved at all.

This restaurant boasts an excellent location, and the drive-thru option is a great convenience. Everyone I’ve interacted with there has been really friendly. Although they've forgotten some items a few times, they’ve always handled the situation smoothly and with no trouble.
Forgot my card there and they refuse to pick up the phone. On top of that they gave me watered down coffee that doesn?t taste anything like it?s supposed to. Save your money and go else where or at least a different dunkin
Wow! This place is amazing. This newly opened coffee shop is definitely worth a visit. The location is ideal, and it's very convenient to get in and out. Give it a try, and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! ☕️
I stood in front of the register for about 5-10 minutes while employees walked by and ignored me. When I asked why I wasn’t being helped, one of the employees replied that they were busy.

I really love this restaurant! The staff is always friendly and they remember my order each time I come in, which is about every few days. They are a fantastic group of young people.
The donuts at Dunkin' are always fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly and enjoyable.
