I had an excruciatingly long wait for my food tonight because there was only one person closing the restaurant. Why would they have just one person taking orders and preparing everything? It doesn't make any sense! I ended up waiting in my car while she dealt with the other customers. Fast food is meant to be quick, but this experience definitely wasn’t. The food was good, but the service was lacking, which made it a waste of my time and money for just a bagel with cream cheese. The location is not great either, with a lot of people asking for money.
I miss the old crew! They're efficient, welcoming, and always greeting you with the warmest greeting and biggest smile. Honestly used to be a great start to my day. I can't say that anymore. I don't know if they got a whole entire new crew, but they suck! They're rude and inconsistent and just ignore you. Literally just sat there standing at the front counter for more than 20 minutes. Not even a hello or will be right with you. Walked away, never will go back. It's a shame because you guys are in such a great location too, bring back the old crew!
This was by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I waited with no service for 5 minutes, that in itself would be fine if they were busy. The staff was talking to each other. Since I could only sit there and wait I called for assistance but no reply so I waited till some one noticed another 5 minutes later they just chose to not acknowledge me. So I walked away and never got my drink or anything for that matter. There were zero drive through orders during this time.
Coming to work for you guys was a terrible idea not only was I complaining about several problems to the main manager of the store but ya didn’t go threw with it and said was gonna handle it but never did. You guys are manipulating us from snitching on people just so ya won’t have short staff. Ya dead the worst dunkin

Mobile app says 4a open. Placed an order through my phone and sat at drive thru for 10 min. Hours of operation need to be updated in app and should be put AT drive thru speaker! Will NEVER come here even though it's 2 min from my house. Will go out of my way to go to one that actually cares about their customers.
They deserve zero stars. The wait here is insane; stuck in the drive thru for 15+ minutes. Plus my order was wrong when I got to the window. All that wait and my order was wrong the entire time. I understand they get busy and backed up but there is no excuse for such a long wait and disorganization.
The staff here, especially Milly, are fantastic! I visit the east coast every few months, and they recognize me right away and know exactly what I like. Plus, they are quick. It's great to see such strong employee retention and excellent customer service!
They don't always have food available, so I often have to go to other places to find something to eat. However, at least they do serve good drinks.
