This place is a great Dunkin. All the coffee is fresh and the employees take the extra time and care to remember most of the regulars orders and names. This is a one of a kind Dunkin and you won?t find service and quality like this at any otherDunkin. To answer a few complaints I?ve seen, since the employees explained politely to me, they run out of donuts quickbecause they close early and there?s a certain amount they can order. The people I?ve seen mad about it are the ones who feellike they?re entitled to everything. One other one says that the customer service is bad. This Dunkin' Donuts location is fantastic! It's clean and offers a wide variety of donuts, bagels, and other food items. There’s an abundance of both hot and cold drinks to choose from, depending on what you're in the mood for. The management and staff are excellent—they're polite, professional, and genuinely want you to enjoy your order. Everything is served at the right temperature, whether it's hot or cold, just as it should be. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
The best Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited! The staff is always friendly and quick to take your order, ensuring you're in and out in no time. My sister mentioned that the freshest donut she's ever had was from here. The team even remembers my daughter's order by heart, which is impressive since I sometimes forget it, haha! This place is a true gem in Kenilworth!
