I go to Dunkin' every day, but my phone screen is cracked, which makes it hard to scan my rewards points. While some employees are willing to enter my number manually, most aren't; only one girl has been kind enough to help me with that. Today, my latte didn’t taste quite right, so I asked for some extra milk, but I was met with a rude look and an eye roll, which felt really unnecessary. I'm not going to pay for a drink that I don't enjoy! I've been a regular here for a long time, but since moving, I really miss my old Dunkin', which was fantastic.
This Dunkin', since the remodel, has gone severely downhill. I really wish this wasn't the only next-generation Dunkin' in the area.Like, where do I start? It's extremely dirty, especially in the trash area, I often get stray coffee and espresso grinds in the drinks, and sometimes my food is overcooked. The employees also have their airpods in their ears.There are much better Dunkin's nearby. Don't bother with this one.
I go to this place almost every morning for my iced matcha latte and hash browns. The staff is exceptionally friendly. This is the only Dunkin' I've visited that consistently blends the matcha latte well, so there's never any powder settling at the bottom. Parking is usually manageable in the mornings, although it can get crowded later in the day.
This store just re-opened only carrying a handul of donut varieties and a lame attempt at some sort of Starbucks display. If I want Starbucks I 'll go there. I hope this won 't happen to all the other DD locations around here.

I love Dunkin but you never know what you're going to get. As of now this Dunkin is getting 4 stars because they recently redeemed themselves by actually making my iced coffee correctly for once ?
