I previously wrote a review from my account, but I wanted to share my thoughts from my wife's account as well. I can't stress enough how fantastic this Dunkin location is. The staff here is outstanding and really sets itself apart from other locations in terms of customer service. The managers, Cristal and Sabrina, are always incredibly kind and attentive to my family and me whenever we visit. I’ve mentioned several other staff members in my previous review, but these two definitely deserve recognition as well! Happy New Year, everyone!
Fresh donuts are offered every morning, and the service is swift and efficient from Monday to Friday. Although the line can stretch out onto the street, you can expect to be in and out in roughly 10 minutes. I do wish the staff were a bit friendlier in the mornings, but I understand they're quite busy and might not have the time.
I visit this Dunkin' every single day, and I genuinely mean every day. The staff is amazing and always exceptionally polite. My orders are always accurate and delicious. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but I consistently come to this location, and I've never had a negative experience.

I'm a regular at this coffee and donut shop, going there at least six days a week. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly. I'm really happy to have this Dunkin' in my neighborhood.
I can always rely on this Dunkin' for my orders, no matter how tight my schedule is in the Drive-Thru. The staff is friendly and efficient, especially in the morning.
The Dunkin' Donuts in Bloomingdale offers the BEST frozen coffees! After trying several orders, I've noticed that the quality of preparation is excellent. Thank you!
