This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I stopped going here for two years and went back today thinking maybe they have different employees who actually care but I was sorely mistaken. I never get the correct order. Anytime I ask them to fix it I get attitude. And today when I went in everybody was talking about licking butts and checkin each others cracks for Covid. Needless to say by the time I left I wasn’t even hungry for my food. I tried calling the store to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. I stood in their lobby listening to the phone ring Nobody stopped to answer it. I stood at The front counter for five minutes before anybody even came over to get my order. I don’...
Today, on September 4th, 2022 at 2:30 pm, I visited this restaurant and was disappointed with the service. It seems like the staff either have a hearing problem, are using poor equipment, or are not properly trained. We had to repeat our order for 50 assorted munchkins four times, only to receive a selection that did not meet our expectations. Additionally, when we ordered a caramel iced latte, the staff repeated back that they entered an iced pumpkin latte instead. This is not the first time we have experienced poor service at this location.
This Dunkin is by far the worst location we have ever visited. Nasty staff, coffee was watered down and cold, incorrect coffee order, and we were chastised for ordering 2 dozen donuts. How dare us for ordering donuts at a donut business. The employees atthis location need customer service remedial training!
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite having four people working, they were unable to get my drink out in a timely manner. I waited over 20 minutes only to receive a drink that was completely wrong. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
They are typically fast and accurate. I usually order mobile and pick up via driving through and that was seamless quality wise they were quite much in tune with what they expect. never bleeding my socks or having disappointed me
The mobile order was not fully processed. When I returned to the restaurant for the missing items, the staff member at the window was unfriendly and did not apologize.
Met with friend there for coffee and catch-up. Like that they don't push you out since there have been FEW opportunities to reconnect in the past months
