The people are friendly and great! They always make the drinks wrong somehow though. I can order the same exact thing at another location and it'll taste 100% better. And when I ask for light ice, it's a toss up between them still PACKING it with ice or not filling up the cup completely with coffee. I'm paying for coffee, not ice. But all this considered, they are friendly and they prepare the food well too.
I visit every morning and Jennifer is always so nice and professional. However, I can't quite understand why their hashbrowns are so tough. They have a peculiar taste, almost like soap, and they tend to be soggy. Other than that, my drink has only been ground incorrectly once in the three months I've been coming here daily, and the sandwiches are fantastic!
The manager was very accommodating, especially when I forgot to provide her with the QR code for a free donut while buying my coffee. After I paid, she gave me a look that said it all, but I understood it was my mistake. I take full responsibility and will make sure it doesn't happen again.
I work on Belvoir and stop all the time. Ms. Rita is the best and she knows all her customers so well. The teams customer service skills are on point and they always provide it promptly getting you in and out with ease. Thank you for staying open during this pandemic and staying positive! Order was given correctly and in time, but... Ordered an egg and bacon sandwich, egg was cold and watery, bacon tasted super, but was hardly warmed up. Hashbrowns tasted as if they had lived on the grill with plate soap, it was foul.
This was my second time visiting the store, very clean store and quick servers. They had quite a diverse menu.. enjoyed my visit. Thanks guys for being there in these times we are currently living. :
I love how quickly you prepare my mobile orders, and everyone here is incredibly friendly. I’ve got a bit of a Dunkin’ vibe, and this place is definitely my favorite!
