Terrible experience. I was the first in line but had to wait over 10 minutes while the staff ignored me in favor of online orders. I felt completely overlooked, as no one even acknowledged my presence. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was appalling—there were used napkins all over the lobby, and the bathroom was a shocking mess. To make matters worse, one of the employees kept coughing uncontrollably without wearing a mask. I sympathized with them, but it was concerning. I ended up leaving without trying the drinks I purchased. When I finally received assistance, the worker was friendly, but overall, I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
I've been ordering from this Dunkin' through DoorDash for some time now. Initially, the food was great, but recently my croissants have been burnt or generally overcooked on several occasions. While this may not necessarily be the employees' fault, it's still frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't meet my expectations. On the bright side, the coffee is consistently good, so I will continue to order coffee from this location.
I usually get the coconut milk refresher and accidentally selected the Raspberry Watermelon Dunkin’ Lemonade Refresher instead but let me tell you this is one of the best drinks Ive had a Dunkin. Would definitely order again. Everything else as good as usual too

The Double D is well-organized and clean. I plan to make it a regular stop in the afternoons for my coffee break. The staff did an excellent job of getting my coffee order right and serving it quickly.
Very nice Dunkin’. The parking has tons of rooms and they have more tables than most Dunkin and the service is great. Very satisfied with my trip and the selection of the baked goods/donations.
The location is very busy, and the parking lot is quite small, so it's highly recommended to place your order in advance for pick-up.
